Contest for makers of bean-to-bar chocolate
In order to popularize the industry of high-quality chocolate production in Russia, as well as to support and promote young chocolate makers on the domestic market, we invite young chocolate makers to take part in our contest of chocolate produced by using bean-to-bar technology.

To participate in the contest, participants should provide for tasting the samples of bean-to-barchocolate of their own production.

The winner of the contest will receive the main prize - 15 kg of selected cocoa beans!

Participation in the contest
Young Russian makers of bean-to-bar chocolate are invited to participate in the contest. "Young makers" - makers who have been producing chocolate by using bean-to-bar technology for no more than 2 years.

"Makers of bean-to-bar chocolate" - only those who buy raw cocoa beans, sort and roast them themselves, controlling the quality of the raw materials and the development of taste at all stages of chocolate making, control the loading and grinding of the chocolate mass, control the taste and aroma at all stages before draining the chocolate mass from the melange.

* Participation in the contest is free. All expenses for participation in the contest shall be borne by the participants.
Requirements for the nominees
Has been a makers of chocolate by using bean-to-bar technology for no more than 2 years

Number and form of submission of samples
  • You can participate in any number of nominations
  • Within each nomination, a participant can send up to two types of chocolate
  • For each type of chocolate, you need to send seven tasting samples in a standard package
* Example: a participant decided to apply for 2 nominations: milk chocolate and chocolate with 70% cocoa. For milk chocolate, he prepared 2 types of chocolate; for chocolate with 70% cocoa - 1 type. Thus, the participant will need to send 2 * 7 = 14 milk chocolate samples and 1 * 7 = 7 chocolate samples with 70% cocoa. A total of 21 samples are obtained. All samples are in standard packaging.

Announcement of the winners
The winners will be announced at an award ceremony at the Salon of Chocolate Moscow on November 13, 2021; also information about the results of the competition will be published on the exhibition website and on the exhibition page in social networks.

The presence of the winners at the award ceremony is mandatory. All costs associated with travel to the venue of the exhibition are borne by the participant of the competition. Delivery of prizes after the award ceremony is carried out by the winner independently, on his own and at his own expense.
